Hello!
My name is Richard Medernach and this is my blog.
Born in Winnipeg, I have called Saskatoon home for most of my 35 years (with a brief stint in Cudworth as a child). I am blessed with a beautiful wife and two sons.
I work at St. Thomas More College at the University of Saskatchewan. I am also a member of the worshiping community there.
My passions and hobbies include (in random order): my family, social justice, music (folk, singer-songwriter genres in particular), peace, the environment, film making, outdoor recreation, craft beers, and writing.
I am an active member and supporter of Development & Peace and I am the Communications Director for the Saskatoon Peace Coalition.
I write and perform songs when time allows and I have also been known to make a movie or appear in (or direct) a play from time to time.
I could go for a German beer right about now.
